This class is less about how it looks and more about how it feels, offering a supportive space to unwind, reset, and move in a way that is intuitive and nourishing for you. No experience needed—just come as you are.
What to Wear & Bring
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that allows you to move and relax with ease—think soft layers you can adjust as your body warms up or cools down. Barefoot or cozy socks are perfect.
We have mats available, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, along with anything that helps you feel grounded and supported—like a favorite pillow, cozy socks, or a blanket.
